1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between the ku9app platform and its users. By using ku9app's website and application, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

These terms apply to all services on ku9app — including sports betting, live casino, slots, card games, and other gaming products. 2 Definitions and Interpretations

• "User" or "Member" — any person who uses the services through a registered account on ku9app.
• "Account" — the personal profile created for a user upon registering on the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — a user's participation in staking on a specific outcome.
• "Balance" — the total amount of funds currently held in a user's account.
• "Wagering" — the requirement to place bets totalling a specified multiple of a bonus amount before that bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer process, used to verify a user's identity.

3 Account Registration

Providing complete and accurate information is mandatory when opening an account on ku9app. ku9app reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account registered with false information.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances or bonuses may be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification

ku9app may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify an account. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the authenticity of the documents submitted.

3.3 Account Security

It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) fully confidential. Sharing or disclosing this information to any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact customer support immediately.

4 Eligibility and Age Verification

Users must be at least 21 years of age to register and use services on ku9app. This age requirement is strictly enforced, and ku9app may request proof of age at any time.

If a minor fraudulently opens an account, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void. It is also the responsibility of guardians to keep minors away from gaming.

Users must also confirm for themselves that participating in online betting and gaming is legally permitted in their own country or region.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

ku9app currently supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking and banking methods common in Bangladesh. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits must always be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not permitted and may result in account closure.
• Transactions via cryptocurrency are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• If KYC verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• Withdrawals will always be processed through the same method used for the deposit.

ku9app may request additional documents or information to verify any transaction. Transactions suspected of suspicious financial activity may be placed on hold.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ku9app offers promotional deals to members from time to time. Each bonus has specific terms that must be read before accepting.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, bets totalling 15 times the bonus amount must be placed. Example: if a member deposits ৳1,000, they receive ৳1,000 in bonus funds for a total balance of ৳2,000; before withdrawing, bets worth ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per user.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another account.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If any irregularity or evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• ku9app reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply equally to all members when placing bets on ku9app.

7.1 Acceptance and Rejection of Bets

A bet is not considered final until it has been confirmed. ku9app reserves the right to void bets arising from technical errors or incorrect odds. Similarly, bets placed after the outcome of an event is known, or after a match has started, may not be accepted.

7.2 Sports Betting

For bets on cricket, football, and other sports, if an event is not completed the bet may be voided and the original stake returned. If an event is postponed or cancelled due to pitch conditions, weather, or other reasons, ku9app will settle bets according to its established rules.

7.3 Casino and Slots

Results in live casino and slot games are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. If a connection is lost or a game stops mid-session, the outcome will be determined based on server logs.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ku9app may temporarily or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Use of unauthorised software, bots, or hacking methods.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Involvement in money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users or staff.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned after proper verification.

9 Technical Issues

ku9app aims to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, interruptions may occur due to internet connectivity, server maintenance, or third-party technical reasons.

If a technical error causes any discrepancy in the outcome of a bet or game, ku9app will review server logs and make a decision. ku9app's decision in such matters is final.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. In such cases, data for ongoing bets or games is saved and will be displayed automatically once service is restored.

10 Personal Data Protection

ku9app treats the protection of users' personal data with the utmost importance. All data is kept secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology.
